Nachos!

Tried my hand at doing Mexican for the first time ever and ended up with this.... 
 
The foundation and some homemade guacamole. I got NFI what guacamole is supposed to taste like, never done it before....it ended up tasting flat, like it was missing something.I noticed some recipes include Tabasco. So I added a good dash of Tabasco and a fair whack of lime juice and it perked it up nicely. 

 
Beef, Kidney Beans, chopped onion, crushed tomatoes and a decent helping of Cumin, Coriander, Cayenne pepper and Chilli flakes simmering away

Last nights supper
 
Paneer, Onion, Tomato, King oyster mushroom spiced with Vindaloo curry powder. Smoked Cheddar.
Fried up and add tomato to the point of nice sauce.

Last night supper.
Pinto bean chili type mix with melted Cheddar and a couple eggs, chili had my chili powder mix, also topped with my Turmeric Hab sauce.

Tomato, Dried mango, White Onion, Dried Red Bell Pepper, Garden Basil, Dill, Parsley and Oregano, My Mixed spice, Extra Chipotle, Organic Miso.

Tomatos, Onion, Garlic, Cayenne, Holy Mole, Chipotle peppers. Basil, Rosemary, Oregano. Tomatoes supper sweet
 
Chips topped with Sweet heat peppers and Layered Old Cheddar.
