Ok, so I went to my local spice store and got some pods. I got dried Ancho, cascabel and guillo's. I was told this is what I need for this. Well besides the fact it was VERY bland, it didn't taste anything like chili seasoning bought in a store! I'm looking to grow the peppers I will need for this but right know I'm trying to get a recipe down. When I did a search of this forum, I found another common pepper was Pasilla. Would this make all the difference? What do you guys use?
