Yeah its a great university....i wish i could move down there to work at the chili pepper institute lol....
Do you mean UNM? University of New Mexico is in Albquerque and NMSU (New Mexico State University) is in Las Cruces.

I used to live in New Mexico (Rio Rancho for 9 of those years). I eat New Mexican food every day with all the supplies that I bring to Washington. No good New Mexican food around here unless I make it myself. I sure miss the wonderful restaurants and growing conditions that you have. Good luck on your season.
Really i live in Rio Rancho, the weather and food is great for sure 
the only thing i dont like is the soil in rio rancho lol its pH is wacky lol...I cant beleive there isnt more individuals into growing down here??? How do you like it up in washington?? I bet the winters are harsh?
