New Variety?

For now, I am calling this "Yaki-Blue". It has clearly purple colored (coloured for our furrin friends) foliage, and peppers that start purple to green to red when ripe. Its very hot. Probably in the 7-Pot/naga range.

The plant, as you can see, out grew most any other pepper plant in the field.

Maybe a dumb question, but were all the other plants in the pic the same species?? is this plant a mutation?
 
Nice plant, bluelytes, and a very nice field as well. When you have enough seeds of the Yaki-Blue to go around please keep me in mind.
