Newb in need of an ID

Hello guys/gals, i have spent the last weeks reading and searching through this wonderful site, i have and will learn alot from here.
I have an ID for you guys, i purchased two ghost pepper plants from a well respected nursery here in denver and this is the first fruit of my labor.
from what i have read there are many different strains of the ghost chili and they all look different. I snapped this phone cam shot this morning. size is 3in x 1in with some wrinkling, but not near as gnarly as some that i have seen.
1st what strain of ghost is it?
2nd did i pick it to soon?

IT #$@^ better not be! no i don't think its a pepperoncini. it smells hot.
pic is from my phone and the detail is not great. it isn't smooth, there are wrinkles.
it just doesn't look as intimidating as some of the others i have seen.

Definitely does not look like a Bhut plant to me -- Here is a pic of my Bhut that I finally have 2 pods growing on for comparison.

will do on the seeds, i am going to bite the bullet this weekend and eat one. so i will report back then. only problem is i really have no experience with super hots. i have eaten habs, so that is all i will have to compare with.
