Thank you for allowing me to join this forum. I'm just learning about the different varieties of peppers and have been trying hot sauces to see what heat and flavours I like. Spring is just starting here in Ontario so I look forward to growing some hot peppers this summer so that I can experiment more with fermented sauces.
