Hello fellow hot heads. I just signed up and I'm looking foward to making some of the recipes I've already seen. I'm a firefighter in Northern NJ and one of my coworkers brings in bags of peppers from his garden, jalapenos, cayennes (I think, he calls them guinee reds)and habaneros. Looking foward to using the site.
