Not Peter pepper... but what are they?

6 plants, one of them is a real Peter pepper, the rest are like these... any idea?

Second picture is not clear, but i wanted to show that peppers grow at the base of the plant!!!

Actually in the second picture they are 3 inches long already, and still upright, when i'll harverst them i'll post a picture of a really weird one on that plant, it has like little loops on it's base, hard to describe...

Then they're probably ornamental chiles of some kind.
