please help me stop this from happening

at first it was 1 plant , and now 3 have it this morning

On this picture below, disregard the red/black/green/white little dots. These are remnants of spray-paint of a project i was doing weeks before

Have you checked on the undersides of all the leaves? A lot of the pests you may get will hide underneath a leaf.

Thinking the spray paint project may be the cause !

did you manipulate with the ferts above the plant ? looks like drops of liquid fertilizer or any similar liquid burned the leaves

no haven't added anything else except for water. I think it may be pests as I saw 1 TINNNNNY worm on one and removed it. What can I get to keep these buggers away? (Not just worms, but insects in general)
