Well i stocked up on them.. got 5 bags. 3 Belmont brand and 2 Inca Foods. They rock for beef stew and curry chicken so far. Even cooked some up with a ground sausage for something kinda like a breakfast hash.
Now im thinking maybe something like a hatch chile au gratin recipe or a chicken chili verde with papas seca and some added heat from Aji Amarillo paste?
