overwintering Overwintering Room under construction

Well I thought I would take the plunge so to speak  and see if I could keep a few of my plants alive and producing over the winter months! So I could have a few peppers and tomatoes

Here is my set up

3x3 area
Lights came from Lowe's
My Grow lights are 24''
Blubs -2 pre light
1. Sunshine F 20
F 20 T-12
Lightoutput 875
rendimiento luminoso:
875 lumens lumenes
20 Watts vatios
life vida u'til 9000
color temp de color 500k
cri irc 90

plant & aquarium F 20
T-12
Lightoutput 750
lumens lumenes
energy used 20 watts
life 9000

I picked up a emergency blanket that reflects heat from Waltmart and covered the walls and floor. Do you think my set up will work ? I couldn't get T-5 Lights in 24"

Festus,

I don't do Spanish well, but IME you will need somewhere in the neighborhood of 5,000 lumens at the plant canopy to enable flowering and fruiting. Otherwise, all you will get is foliage growth.
