Ozzy's Blue Moon & Blackberry Wit split batch.

folks thought I was afraid of the gun itself, but it was really about the sanitization of doing multiple beers through it - before you mentioned just purging some mixed beer into glasses between kegs instead of flushing ...
Then do it lol.

the beer gun is like the easiest piece of equipment to use ever

its beer in, co2 in, and then 2 buttons to purge and fill, thats it
Guess I'll add one of these to my wish list.

Make a 34P beer and carb it up at 8-9 psi and get back w/ me when it's carb'd up =)
Also, FWIW, the gas connections aren't the right ends off the tubing for the BeerGun ... and because flare-fitting's cost me two tanks, I'm clamped onto the posts on the dual-reg ...

With any luck I'm going to bottle up the Blue Moon clone tonight, then put the Blackberry wit in a secondary with more blackberries and a 1/4 vanilla bean.

I'll also try and get the recipe posted up on page 1 for easy reference. They both smelled heavenly out of the airlock towards the end of the ferm. Can't wait to taste them.

I posted the pic in the wrong thread. Here they are all done.

The OG for these beers was 1.059.  FG 1.008 for an ABV of 6.69%.

I'm really happy with how these turned out.  If you do brew them, don't put an orange slice in them or Wheebz will murder your face :)
