Pepper inside a pepper?

Growing Habs had about five like this? Are there peppers growing inside my peppers?

It is pretty common for some peppers. No voodoo, no aliens, no weird thing....

yup .... had a few Bhut's like that but more often you can find a small bell pepper inside a bell pepper

      Effing Giorgio Tsoukoulos! WTF! I love his hair. He looks like he's head banging even when he's sitting still! 
 
     About 3/4 of the pods on one of my NuMex Suaves were like that this year. (Like the OP's pods, Not like Tsoukoulos. I would've slapped the plant to death if it produced pods that looked like him.)
