Pepper Powders

I've made a powder from dehydrated peppers that I've grown.
In the mix is 7-Pot's, Scorpion's, Red Savina's, Fatalii's and Chocolate Habs.
The powder is atomic. Has anyone made a seasoning mixture of dry powders that would be appropriate for toning this concentration of pepper down? If so, would you share the recipe? I don't do salt though. Doc's orders!

This stuff rocks, I guess you could leave out the salt.

i use and make a similar one called Devil's Dust

1 Cup Paprika
1/2 Cup Chili Powder
6 tbsp salt
4 tbsp ground coriander
4 tbsp garlic powder
4 tbsp white sugar
4 tbsp curry powder
4 tbsp dry hot mustard
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp ground basil
2 tbsp ground thyme
2 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp cayenne

Mix up the above ingredients and enjoy!
Thanks CD, each of those seasonings are very familiar to the other 50 or so recipes I've gathered. The sugar isn't real common but if it works in the over-all taste, I'll use some Stevia to accomplish it without the diabetic problems sugar brings with it.

The ratios of ingredients throughout the spectrum of recipes I've found are all over the place, but several are showing a common ratio to the over-all volume.

In a couple more months, I'll probably have the recipe I've decided on and will make the first batch for trials.

I'll make a little of this one and give it a try without the salt and using the Stevia powder.

Thanks again!
