Peppers wilting

Hi i put my peppers out side today for about and hour to get some sun light and after an hour they all wilted? Please help

water them and put them in the shade. they will pick back up

many people say to use morning or late sun. No after noon sun as it is hottest. Start them out in a shady location as well to let them get used to the elements gradually

just leave them in the sun and put a big straw hat on them they'll be okay

the peppers are doing better! thanks i will try and put them out early in the morning as the sun starts to rise fir a couple of hours!

Droopy is ok, if the leaves start looking like wet paper you are getting into the red zone.
 
++1000 for the straw hat idea. I'd pay $1 to see a pic of that, and by a dollar I mean a green piece of paper with a dead president on it, not some crazy coin with a bird

ya they looked like wet paper it was bad but they look alot better now then have been watered and in the dark
