It might just be me being a newbie, it's my first year growing seriously, but I have noticed some spots on the back of my Ñora plant leaves and I wanted to check with you guys what you think this is and if there is anything I could/should do!
Spots don't seem to be "mobile" or anything like it but they are on most of the new leaves, and I guess I'm better safe than sorry...

I take it it's just a matter of waiting a little longer between waterings and providing some more ventilation? Any special care this plant may need to recover or will it just be temporary? I don't know if I should expect any changes on the affected leaves or will they remain like this?? Sorry for so many questions but once again thanks a lot!
