plant need help

My jalapeno started to grow rather quickly but I've noticed the top leaves are starting to turn a light green to yellow...I have used fert miracle grow for tomatos...and the new growth leaves are shrivelling up......help???

Plant doesnt look bad to me... a bit much water maybe...i wouldnt worry about it personally.
