Anyone get any hot christmas presents?! My beautiful girlfriend got me this lovely lot for the collection:

Thanks!! Much of it is still in boxes from the remodel....but more have snuck into the house...

I downed a tablespoon just to prove a point, since this was back before my serious chilli days and I was still naïve enough to do such stupid things. It was freakin' hot but not so much so that I had to let them see it.
A couple years later, I discovered that it was my very first extract sauce, though none I've tried since has been anywhere near as mild. I remember it fondly.
How is the Mustard Gas? The numbers say it shouldn't be above an eight on my scale but I get the feeling that the mustard oil will change that drasically.
It's the most unique extract sauce I've seen and I very nearly bought it when it was in my local store but, between the price and the fact that I haven't fully fleshed out my blog's natural scale yet, I didn't feel like I could justify it. I'm still interested, though.
