Pressure canner

Hi all, I'm having fun with a new pressure canner, mostly canning Jals in less vinegar, tomatoes, soups etc. Do any of you have a tried an tested recipe for a chilli sauce I can pressure can?
 
I added three lids to the base to raise it up a bit so the heat was not extreme. I used 15psi (always do) instead of 10 because im at a higher altitude so I figure that should be ok, I might have tightened more then recommended with my fingers, didnt hard tighten it, so need to try it again with some cheap stuff.
