My wife has started to complain about the amount of room inn the freezer I was taking up with frozen peppers so I decided to do my part to clean out the freezer. What she doesn't know is that  have about this many more to harvest before the year is over so the freezer will get fuller, not emptier as the season comes to a close over the next 6 weeks or so.

Just the same as fresh pods. I have heard that they dry a little faster once they are frozen because the cell walls are broken during the freezing process, but I haven't really noticed any difference.

May be Scovie, but I will loose more seeds this way which was the reason for putting them cut side down.
