I know you've voiced your like for moose often on this forum, I came across this video you might like. its a cow with 2 calves playing in a lawn sprinkler.
even I think its cool footage but if it was hunting season I wouldnt of grabbed the camera

instead I'd be say "moose, its whats for dinner" :lol:

My grandfather did every year, but not the american style jerky, it was just salted, smoked and air-dried at low temps.

It's my favourite snack, moose and reindeer have a lot of taste especially when dried so it doesn't need spices. Not that a little chili and garlic would hurt. Hmmm, I just got an idea I might try...

I've had salted pork before but now you've got me thinking about salted reindeer and moose.
