Ranch Dressing With Yellow/Orange Fire

I make Ranch Dressing using Hidden Valley Dressing Mixes.
I make large amounts of it so I use the large canister rather than the packets.

But will use packets for this recipe.

Add 2 packets of Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, normal recipe calls for just 1 but my wife and I like a stronger ranch flavor.
1 Cup of Whole Buttermilk
1 Cup of Hellman's Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon of Alabama Jacks Powdered Yellow Habanero Chili Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Alabama Jacks Powdered Orange Habanero Chili Pepper

Mix until all the powders are well blended.

I put mine in recycled clean empty plastic ketchup bottles.

Word of Warning the amount of Powdered Chili Pepper makes this Ranch Dressing Very Hot, you can vary the amount depending on the Heat you want.

Give your salads something to bring tears to your eyes.:hell:

I love the big canisters of powdered Hidden Valley. I also know you can't make good Ranch w/o the buttermilk and REAL mayo (I use Dukes).

I'll have to try the pepper powder in it....sounds like it'd be killer for a dipping sauce!
