drying Regarding dehydrating...

Well, I've given up on finding one in Africa!

No-one here has anything worth buying, though there is a machine locally available for making beef jerky which might work.

Freight from Europe to Africa will take the price to around 120 Euros, I fear...
 
My first year I only had about eight plants. I cut them off and hung the entire plant (after removing the leaves!) from a ceiling and let them dry naturally. I never saw a bug come close.
