Rocoto leaves turning down

Hello everybody.
 
It is my first year I'm growing chili peppers, all doing well except for red rocoto. The leaves are turning yellow and are twisting down. It is really disappointing as I find rocoto one of the most eccentric variety and it would be a shame to remain empty handed at the end of the season.
The first pic is from 3 weeks ago, the second one from today. I'm growing them inside at about 20°F (68°F), early morning direct sun.
Any thoughts what is causing this deterioration?

I agree. Give them a light feeding of fish fertilizer, amd they will turn green amd happy in 3-4 days. Make sure they stay well drained too. Rocoto hate being water logged.

Not sure, but it looks like you're still in starter mix. I agree they need some food. Or if you have the space move em up to 1gal pots with a good draining quality potting soil.
