Scorpion Chilli Sweet Chilli Sauce
Cracking open the lid on this bottle, the first thing I noticed about this sauce was how fresh it smelled. The use of fresh top quality ingredients definitely shine through with wonderful tomato/garlic overtones.
Pork- I used this on my Pork rib and was amazed at how well it goes with it. This is definitely a sauce that has lots of body, but is very subtle with the taste.
I found Scorpions Sweet Chilli Sauce is not for strong meat like beef, where it can get over powered.
It might be a mild sauce, but you can tell that tasty Habanero Peppers have been used.
Overall a very nice mild sauce that even the family can share (if you let them!).
