Scotch bonnet cross?

So i have that plant that was supposed to be a SB MOA, but it turned out to be a bit of a runt and most likely a cross (i think its C. Annuum x C. Chinense).
Anyone have any thoughts?

Its really more orange than yellow tbh. And very variable pod shape which makes me believe its a F1 cross. But you could be right

don't judge a plant by its first round of pods

I had 6 SB MoAs this year and not 1 showed the "true pheno" the 1st round, 5 of them did the second round

The growth habit, flowers and leaves indicate this isnt even a C. Chinense though BigB

I agree... it looks just like the jamaican yellow mushrooms I grew in 2013.  I recognize the green patchiness and thick skin... The pods took forever to ripen.

Oooh! They indeed took over a month and a half to show signs of ripening, I think we may have a winner here
