oookkkaaaaayyy... its been awhile since i posted some pepper pics on this thread. i concentrated on other plants that do well in wet season.

monsoon season this year really sucks. killed plenty of my chilis despite my effort to save them. temps here are a bit cooler compared last may so I managed to have a few pods to set and ripe. most pods got infested still with fruit maggots even if i have a fly trap for them..

My avatar, a red savina X douglah from patrick is still alive but never set a fruit ever since I got one.

I hope to start a new batch of seedlings probably Sept or Oct or when the typhoons will lessen on hitting our archipelago.:)

here are few of my survivng pods..

unknown baccatum that always get fruit maggots before ripening so i still don't have seeds of this
alma paprika that fell during the continuous rain..

I'm itching to start new plants but we are expecting 3 more typhoons to hit us within the month of October so I'm not sure if I should start sowing some seeds now or wait until next month..

Hello guys! I'm back. :D Been busy for the past month so my gardening days are limited compared to last year.

but even though i've been busy, i was able to pop a few seeds now and then.

Here is the pic of my very first Super Hot (since bonda is not a super according to one of our chilimates)

i got the seeds from a lady living in Trinidad. the seed packet was labeled only as 7pot. She told me its usual 7 pot that they use. I was expecting a red but this is the color of the ripe fruit.
