Smoked Chocolate Habanero Meatloaf

Today I show you how I make Chocolate Habanero Smoked Meatloaf. I smoked my meatoaf on my Traeger Texas Grill using Oak Wood Pellets. I smoked it at 245 deg. until it reached 145 deg internal temp then I applied my hot bbq sauce and smoked until internal temp reached 165 deg.
This was an awesome juicy meatloaf. Here's my recipe:
 
1 1/12 lbs hamburger
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1/4 cup chopped Red Onion
1/4 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
2 chopped Chocolate Habanero Peppers
3 Cloves Fresh Garlic
3 oz Sun dried Tomato
1 1/2 cups Mazzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
