Software/Website to track & monitor plants

Past few seasons I've used charts and notes to keep track of my plants from seeds to planting in the garden. I can't help but feel there is a better way. I've looked at the google marketplace and there are a few apps there that look like it will work. I'd like something that I can access through my phone and web page.

I start mine in random, but numbered, containers, then transplant to kureg cups w/ jiffy pellets, then to dixie cups, then into the garden. By the time I have them into the garden, I'd like to have some sort of ID tag...but until then, they move around within ID'd containers.

So those of you using software, what are you using? pros & cons?

I have a spreadsheet set up in the "Numbers" App on my Iphone. Pros: The info is always with me. Cons: It's small to read!
