I decided to make some chicken burgers the other night using my Yikes and Chilliman's Ghost Pepper sauce.
To start off my better half made up a seasoning coating with chilli powder, flour, breadcrumbs, herbs, coriander and paprika powder.
First you pour your sauce over the chicken and liberally coat the meat.
Then you cover with seasoning patting down tight, then you place the chicken into the freezer to 'set' the coating.
After you remove the chicken from the freezer recoat it with more sauce and reapply the seasoning. Now fry in a shallow pan and when nearly done place in a warm oven for ten minutes.
Once cooked remove and eat as you desire, I went for long bread rolls lettuce and mayo.
