Nothing beats a good chilli for dinner!
I know it's got beans...but I love myself some beans. Heat level is reasonably high, 2 x California Reapers, around 50 grams of Habanero, can of Chipoltes in adobo and home ground chilli powder (Guajillo, Habanero, Mulato, New Mexico, Ancho) to give a broad flavour.
I'll take some photos the next time I cook and put the recipe out.
