Spider mite or just a spider?

Found this guy on the fatalli today after I noticed a small web. After I touch the plants outside I notice small white bugs fly away I hope its not white fly but I cant get them to stay still long enough to get a good look.

Just spider. The white bugs, however, could be white flies. Can ya get a pic of those?

I wish I could I only notice them when I touch the plants and they fly off. I looked and havnt seen anything clinging to the leaves.
