substitute: Habanero powder to Habanero Puree

What would you all feel is a good equation substitute for habanero powder, in using Habanero Puree.

1/2 C of habanero Powder = XX of Habanero puree.

I'm not looking for an exact ratio, just a good starting point.

ah, making the habanero facial mask, I see.

I have not done this substitution, but I would guess that since a fresh pepper puree is 90-95% water by volume (if not more), you'd need to increase by ten to twentyfold. five to ten cups is my guess, if you're shooting for the same habanero content.
