Super dark green & bubbly leaves?

Hi, I've been growing these two habanero (i think) plants from a "Caribbean Mix" seed packet via Pepper Joe. They were the fastest growing, one of which has super dark green leaves. Not sure if this is indicative of anything. I looked this up on the forum, and saw someone else post the same topic but didn't see pics.

Also, the leaves look a little curly/bubble and I've read this means I might need to add bone meal to the soil? I just ordered a bag of it, just want to make sure.

They were germinated in paper towels, then planted/repotted in Miracle Grow Cactus, Palm, and Citrus mix if that helps.

Thanks in advance everyone.

I agree, most of my leaves look wrinkly until they grow out fully. I don't see any curling which is usually a bigger sign of some sort of cal/mag deficiency or over watering.

Don't sweat it man, i've got a baby Habanero at work looking exactly like yours. They are perfectly fine
