Ok so currently im keeping my plants inside under 1400w of lighting in about a 3-4sq ft spot in my garage.
I have an indoor/outdoor thermometer I set the outdoor sensor at the same height as the average plant top I have.
The garage is about 80° but the sensor by the plants under the mh & hps is giving me a reading of up to 107.1 being the highest ive seen so far.
Is that too hot?
I can place my hand and keep indefinitely at the top of the plant, its very warm but not uncomfortable to me just curious if the plants will handle it?
Today being the 1st day im attempting to limit the fan usage to only 3hrs towards the evening and let them go without the fan during the rest of the day. With the fan on it drops the temp reading down to 90 or so.
So if its a good idea to leave the fan on for cooling I will do so. But didnt know if it being on and blowing on the plants anytime the plants are inside is good or bad...
Any advice is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!
