Hey y'all, the food truck alarm in my noggin' went off this morning!

Texas Food Truck Fest ~ May 11-12 located in the Valley View Mall, Dallas, TX.

Looks like upwards of 2 dozen food trucks or more will be rocking the house. I am so on this!

My mom will be in town but she's not down for this sort of thing but I'm beeze sneakin' off for the saturday show stealth like.
Dang skippy I'll be taking pics and posting. I'd be very surprised if this truck fest doesn't have a monster turnout.

Sadly, Chi'Lantro wasn't featuring kimchee fries on their menu today. Got my fix on for that at SsahmBBQ. Killer!
