The Count's Drunken Adventures In The Kitchen

I know we already have the drunken chef thread, but I'm going to start this anyway.  Almost anytime I snap a picture in the kitchen whisky is involved.  Don't let the beers with the plated pics fool you, I just crack one open to drink while eating since hot straight bourbon doesn't taste good with food to me.  The rest of the night is all WHISKY!!!  t didn't even know I had taken most of the pics I'm going to upload initially.  They date back to October 2015 or so and I just found them while uploading pics from the camera of a recent off-roading trip.

So lets start with Drunken Chicken Lo Mein…...

Next up is BBQ chicken, oven roasted potatoes and Ranch Style canned beans.

Tostados?  I seriously do not remember making or eating these!

I made beef and cheese enchiladas tonight, with some homemade refried beans. Jalapeños and habaneros were in the meat mix and the refried beans

I made korean bbq pork chops tonight, with spicy stir fried green beans. The pork chops got rubbed with Thai chili powder and marinaded in soy sauce and rice wine for 24hrs. They got glazed with a spicy korean bbq sauce while finishing in the oven. The green beans had garlic, ginger, fresh Thai peppers, soy sauce, rice wine and sesame oil cooked with them.

Deep fried wings for supper last night. Wings were seasoned with salt, pepper, Thai powder, jasmine rice flour and a little Soy sauce for 8 hours. Two Asian style dipping sauces to choose from. One was a fancy thick Kikkoman teriyaki with fresh Thai peppers mashed into it. The other was soy sauce, rice wine, Sriracha, chili garlic paste, pickled Thai pepper paste and fresh Thai peppers.

And an egg roll

No picks of them sauced or being eaten, once I had my first bite my hands were too messy to grab my phone.

I really want to eat that tonight.

With some crumbled Mexican cheese on the refrieds.

And because I'm crazy.

Like that.

I'd bury it all in queso.

Tex-Mex Queso.

Maybe...

I toss.

Some of my favorite chorizo in the queso.
One time I did that.

And hit it with trinidad scorpion puree.

JayT liked it.
