Eggs and hot sauce go together like peas in pods. I'm an omelet person, especially greek or mexican.
Omlets, Defcon Condition 1/0 scrambled eggs, Hole-In-One with Jearsy Death.

I usually like to have the yolk nice and runny with the whites cooked troughly. That way when the yolk is punktured, it runs all over the bread...god I want one right now.
Straight up scrambled with Defcon 2 or 3 for the great flavour.
Or with Defcon 1 for the burn.
I like my scrambled eggs pretty dry so leave them in there longer then most when cooking.

Omelet stuffed with taters, onions, and roastbeef hash with hot sauce dumped on top....YUMM YUMM!!
i can surely understand what you mean about eggs and hot sauce..but i just don't like eggs. i've tried them a few different ways and still haven't been able to get into eating them.
