Got tired lifting weights, so hit the treadmill, ran 5.08 miles and didn't die, so that's a good thing...the sun is supposed to be out this week so time to hit the bike again. Be Safe!
Its been a weird year so far, you might get in 2 rides during the week, and then the shitwinds hit hard, I am very glad the gym is across the street lol. I had zero experience in the gym in a social setting, but there are some pretty cool people you meet along the way to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.
Still not finished unpacking, but was riding some, the hills around here aint no joke. Got the mountain bike out today and going back to basics to build some stamina.
