Didnt see a "Salad" thread except one for recipes in cooking with fire so figured it did not match, Il let the Mod figure it out.

So in General terms;
 
 
Mixed Greens, sauce is a Hummus/Tomato Salsa (spicy)/ Spinach Dill Dipp with Cashew nuts.

all the ingredients sound like it would be delicious though.
 
Did you serve this on bread ? or by itself ?
 
  put all that into a spinach and herb tortilla with some sliced sharp cheddar and i bet i could eat two

Spinach, Mesclun Salad mix, parmesan shreds, blue cheese, feta cheese, sunflower seeds, golden raisins, 1 carrot; poorly cut into matchsticks, just under half a red bell pepper: cut into random sized chunks, two pieces of bacon in the whole salad fresh garlic croutons, avocado ranch dressing, and Skullburner Rocoto-Loco hot sauce nom nom nom

 

lately I've been enjoying hotsauces on salads more. Also spiced up salad dressings
many aji's- dried flaked baccatums, go great in Caesar dressing for example

Salad for yesterday lunch
 
Arugula, Spinach, Walnuts, Tomato, Basil, Dill, Mayo, SPice sauce, ACV, Miso, garlic/ginger paste.

Simple mix to test out my new coffee vinegar.
Real nice, smooth, can only relate it to a very nice malt vinegar, no coffee flavore.

Simple cuke salad
 
3 burr gherkins
1 cuke 
A little Bell of Gollu
2 Brazilian Starfish (super sweet and mild)
Thin sliced red onion
1/8 cup hot vinegar (i made last year)
1/8 cup raw cider vinegar
1/8tsp sea salt
Pinch of sugar
A tiny bit of fresh fern leaf dill

Hungarian Hot Peppers
Hummus sauce
Basil
Coastal Cheddar cheese grated.
