Time to make the sauce

It is time to start making some sauces. First up will be a Yellow Jalapeno with roasted garlic and roasted onions.

Lets get started.

I have 103,002 carry the 1 number of times that I can derail 1010's thread before I'll be anywhere near the number of times he's been participant to derailing my thread =)

Try white balsamic vinegar sometime. Its very good depending on the flavor profile you are after. If you are adding a sweetener to your sauce you can add a bit less when using white balsamic.
