Trinidad Moruga Scorpions looking beat... why?

had some 35 to 40 mph winds... might this be the prob? Could it be over exposure to sun? I hardened for 14 days...




 
And the other pics are just to show overall progress to see what you guys think... The super wimpy one with all the bottom foliage gone is my jalapeno... probably will just keep in 1 gal to see how it does, same with the bolivian rainbow that is already fruiting...
I am going to repot soon, Some are probably filling up their containers with roots pretty good.
