trinidad scorpion pepper help

Hello im new here and I realy want to grow the trinidad scorpion pepper were can i get some seeds for it.

also what do you guys think of the GE plant and aquarium bulbs there F40 T12's?
 
The difference in the regular fluorescent bulbs and the plant/aquarium bulbs has been unticable to me. I used some of them to start with, now I just use a combination of 4100K and 6500K bulbs in each shop light fixture...MHO...

As far as T. Scorpions go...I have no idea where to get them if Beth at Peppermania doesn't have any...
