Did you kill the aphid? That was my first concern before the ID LOL. Flower is baccatum, that's all I can help in.

*BTW did you germinate any of the seeds I sent you? both of those are baccatum too.*

Looks like Hot lemon, i have had 2 strains of this. One did grow up aginst the sun. And the spike you have on the pod mine had as well. So my bet is it will turn yellow soon
