Wasabi Growing?

It's been awhile since I've posted and wanted to throw out a non-pepper question I've been thinking about for awhile now...

I still grow some nice super hots each year but has anyone ever grown Wasabi? Sounds challenging and I love the heat of Wasabi.

Thought of giving it a go a year or two back but bit tricky to grow unless you have access or able to build a shaded stream environment and seeds i couldnt find here or root stock here in the uk. it would be cool to see how you get on though man!

Thanks gents. Figured I couldn't be the first to think about it. I have access to a shaded running water stream but your right its awefully hard to find plants and seeds I hear are even harder to grow.

If I can find them I'll be sure to post up and let you know.

Peppers on the forum are looking good though!
