Looks like a Great site, I have found the site a few times doing different searches.
The Spanish folks at work stopped buying my peppers due to being too HOT so on to the next level I go.

Trying for the first time to ferment peppers but I'll try to post in correct threads. I have found "Rocketmans 101" but still find this to be a confusing topic.


I'm an avid Cb'er and DX talker as well as a pepper grower.
