Welcome from the San Fernando Valley

Howdys yall.
Names Chefzilla aka "Brent" I live out here in sunny ol san fernando. Been a chile head back before people thought daves insanity was the hottest stuff on earth..LOL Been cooking with chiles for years and have made my own sauces ect ect. Best one was a fermented chile mash with ghost, red thai, red jalapenos and garlic. Fermented for months and strained and coconut vinegar added. Its yummy :-) Best part is taking the leftover "dry" mash and mixing it with bbq sauce for some tasty party wings. I am now starting out 18 trinidad scorpion butch t plants. Cant wait to feel the pain. But i heard they wernt that tasty :-( Either way. Glad my buddy Gumbii showed me this site
