They don't really look like Aphid to me and they appear to have wings.

Satan's minions. Try holy water, followed by fire purification.

Bonide fruit and nut spray or BT (bacillus thuringiensis) is all you should ever need and both are organic.

Should resolve any critter issues. Once your critters are gone a good regimen of AACT tea will make a healthy plant ward off future intruders.
