What is problem with my pepper.

I read before that it is a reflex from pulling all of the nutrients out of the ground during the day. Think of it as work.
 
They need a rest after that hard days work.
 
Guys,tell me please when me need swith on flowering time 12/12?
I have 50 days from seed germination (Jamaican red hot).

Pepper plants don't work that way, you cant force them to bloom with a light schedule like with bud.
 
Most likely it just needs more time.  But since you have such lush green growth and zero buds forming, it could potentially be too much Nitrogen.  Some pepper plants can be sensitive to that.  I would personally let them go a few more weeks before acting, but if not better by then, I would probably drop the % of N they are getting.
 
Edit:  Just looked at the first page again.  I see they have buds forming, so they are going to flower eventually.  The buds can take a few days to form into flowers, so just be patient.
