What spicy food did you eat today?

I cooked spicy rice. I mixed the leftover sauce from a pork loin, added hot sauce, butter, red pepper flakes, garlic and black pepper. Also had with carrots, onion, green bell pepper and broccoli.

Now what to do with the leftover veggies and rice...
r taste.
I don't know what was in the leftover Q sauce but it had a sweet, hot and sour.

Now I'm heating the remainder with spicy brown mustard, butter, chili powder, celery salt and cumin. Smells great!

Paul, do you know that Velveeta comes in a pepper type variety? We saw it in a recipe and had the guy at the store order it..$4.99 for a small size but it's good. No not extreme heat but makes a flavorful mac and cheese when you have to suit all tastes, especially kids. Now my biggest problem is to keep my other half out of it. I never have any when I go to use it. This would be a good addition to poppers, stuffed peppers, many things where you want to tuck in a bit of extra heat. They also have a Mexican variety.

This is not the same thread as the similiar titled one that requires pics. But I'll stop posting w/o pics if that'll make you happy!

Nah...it's all cool and the gang. Damned Xchef's are always too fussy and in general make rotten critics. Carry on.

Monster green chile burrito New Mexico style. The green is piled so high you can't see anything else underneath. Cooked in an oval metal plate in the oven...HEAVEN!

I have pics of the sorpetal in the recipe's section. Sure that doesn't prove that I ate it the other day, but it does prove I can cook it! I agree that food porn would make this thread better...
